Sony has opened the windows for taking Xperia Tablet Z pre-orders in the UK ahead of its official launch next month.
The tablet carries the price tag starting from £399 for its 16GB WiFi variant, whereas for an extra £50 you’ll get the 32GB WiFi variant at £499. Sony is also expected to release a 16GB LTE variant as well but the pricing hasn’t been yet revealed.
However, for those prospective buyers who can’t afford to put in such a massive chunk of money, the tablet is also up for grabs on contract via O2, listed as “coming soon” on their website. The pricing is yet to be revealed for this affordable alternative.
Unveiled at this year’s MWC event, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a 10.1” HD Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA® Engine 2, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 quad-core 1.5 Ghz processor with 2GB RAM, 8 Mega Pixel camera with Exmor R™ for mobile sensor and runs Android 4.1 OS.
