Nearly a week ago, word hit the street that Samsung is working on a camera phone that goes by the name of Galaxy S4 Zoom, and then it was rumored for the device to get unveiled during the month of July. Up till now, only rumors had surfaced regarding the device but now the camera phone with model number SM-C101 has made its way through Bluetooth SIG certification recently, being listed on the organization’s site as a “Samsung Mobile Phone,” with Bluetooth 4.0 on board.

That’s not all, according to a report by Dmitry Ryabinin, the chief analyst of Russian site, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom will allegedly feature a 10x optical zoom camera and would be similar to Galaxy S4 Mini in terms of physical appearance.

At the moment, all the rumors regarding the device suggest that Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom will feature a 16-megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom. It would also have a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, 8GB of internal storage as well as a microSD slot, and according to today’s confirmation, Bluetooth 4.0.

With Galaxy Camera having a 21x optical zoom is quite bulky, there’s no doubt that the rumored 10x optical zoom camera on S4 zoom will make it quite bulkier than other smartphones present in the market as well. Would you be interested in buying such a Camera phone with 10x optical zoom?
